You did us proud
Warrington Wolves concluded day one of this year's Magic Weekend in style when they defeated local rivals St Helens 48-22.
There were many memorable moments throughout the game not least Lee Briers scoring his 150th club try and captain Adrian Morley sealing his return with a rare try of his own.
This success on the pitch was once again replicated off it by the fantastic support shown by the fans.
Wolves' chief executive Andy Gatcliffe said: "On behalf of everyone at the club, Tony, players and staff I would like to sincerely thank each and every fan who made the trip to the Etihad on Saturday. Once again you showed that you are by far the best fans in Super League and we cannot thank you enough for your ongoing loyalty and support. We must congratulate you on painting the city of Manchester primrose and blue. It was certainly a sight to behold as your singing and dancing cheered the team onto victory. You did the club proud and played your part in making this year's Magic Weekend extravaganza a huge success."
