Town Hall Planning Meeting
A message from Peter Deakin to all fans about the Planning Meeting: I just want to give everyone a quick update about tomorrow's meeting. I understand that there will be a lot of fans congregating at the Town Hall from 4pm onwards, with the meeting starting at 5pm. We've been informed that a loud speaker system will relay the proceedings so that all fans can be kept advised as to how the meeting is going. We think that it will last approximately 1-11/2 hours. I'm expecting a big turnout, and I wouldn't expect anything less from the fantastic supporters that we have at this club and the unrivaled support you've shown the club this season. If you are able to make the meeting then please bring as many people as you can, Mums, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers and Sisters... Every Person Counts! The support you show will finally let us deliver to the Towns decision-makers how strongly we all feel about the town and the club. I don't want to come across as being condescending, but I need to ask all those attending to be on their best behaviour, as you will be representing the club for the entire World to see. I don't mean for you all to be subdued (as if you would!) so go out there, have some fun and enjoy yourselves. Most importantly if we don't get the response we are looking for I'd ask you all to please show some dignity, we need to show we can conduct ourselves properly so that we can construct a response accordingly. Having said that I am feeling confident, without feeling over confident, that we will get the positive response we are looking for to the application. I look forward to seeing you all there, you are without doubt the most loyal and proud supporters in the league and I thank you all for your support. COME ON YOU WIRE! Peter Deakin P.S.
