Super League V - Round 28 team News

Darryl Van De Velde has named his team for the Wolves final game of the Super League season against close neighbours Salford City Reds. Former Captain Danny Farrar makes his last appearance for the Wolves is what has been three great years for the hooker at Wilderspool. Playing his first game at Wilderspool for Penrith Panthers in the World Club Championship, Danny impressed with his work rate and tackling. He continued those virtues and for the past three seasons has regularly topped the tackle count and played through many injuries that would have put lesser players on the sidelines. His dedication and professionalism have endeared him to the Warrington fans. Mark Forster has been named in the Ireland squad a head of the Lincoln World Cup, along with future team mate Kevin Campion ( Brisbane Broncos ). Warren Stevens and Gareth Barber are also to leave the Wolves, with Stevens likely to join Salford.
