Super League 8 - The Futures BrightSuper League VIII was launched today and celebrated the upcoming season and the potential for the game and it's young players in 2003 with the tag "The futures so bright, you gotta wear shades!".Sky Sports Eddie Hemmings was on hand to host proceedings at a top Leeds hotel, and representatives, players and coaches from all of the 12 competing clubs were on hand to herald the new season, which starts for the Wolves this Saturday with a trip to newly promoted Huddersfield.Huddersfield Coach Tony Smith assured everyone that Huddersfield were not to be taken lightly, "We are not here to make up the numbers, we are looking to kick-start our season straightaway."Paul Cullen commented on the new season, "The big call this year is not only the passion and drive to finish the season well but to leave Wilderspool with some dignity. We also need to be as technically and tactically better than our eleven other opponents." Captain Lee Briers added, "We have to look at our own attitude and how we approach the games. We want and need to be better than last season."
