Reach 4 Health

The Community Floor at The Halliwell Jones Stadium is also the base for the Drop in Clinic for the PCT's Reach for Health Exercise Referral Scheme.

This 12-week programme is specifically designed for people with health problems who need support to be more active.

Patients are referred to the programme by their GP/Practice Nurse where Reach for Health staff offer an initial consultation to assess the patient's needs followed by an individually designed exercise programme.
