Not a Penny, not a Penny Less!Lee Penny, who is currently in his 11th season with the Wolves, is one of the most experienced players at the club. Lee has had several injuries this season which have kept him out of the line up for long periods and as result of that has made 10 appearances scoring 3 tries.DO YOU FEEL THE PERFORMANCE AGAINST LONDON IS CAUSE FOR CONCERN OR DO YOU FEEL IT WILL MAKE THE TEAM MORE DETERMINED TO WIN THIS WEEK?It will definitely make the team more determined this week, no one likes to have a bad performance and we will all be looking to correct it. It is a local derby and Widnes is playing extremely well at the moment, so we have to be on the top in the game and play consistently and without error.THERE IS A LOT OF SPECULATION ABOUT FUTURES AT THIS TIME OF YEAR; DOES IT MAKE IT HARD TO FOCUS ON THE JOB IN HAND?It is hard to focus when your future is hanging in the balance and you don't know what you are going to be doing next season. I just try to blank it out and go out there and perform to the best of my ability and the same applies to training. At the end of the day you have a job to do and you have to prove yourself worthy of another contract and that is what I intend to do.THIS SEASON HAS BEEN A DIFFICULT ONE FOR YOU HAVING BEEN PLAGUED WITH INJURIES, YOUR BACK TO FITNESS. HOW DIFFICULT HAS IT BEEN SITTING OUT?This would have to be one of my most frustrating seasons, having only featured in 10 games I have found it very difficult to sit and watch. To be honest this season has been a nightmare for me and one that I would definitely like to put behind me.WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR NEXT SEASON, OR ARE THEY SECRET AT PRESENT??I am aiming for a renewed contract here. I have been here too long to want to start a fresh somewhere else. My heart is primrose and blue!
