New WolfWarrington Wolves welcomed a new member of staff on board this week, Julie Cleave as Commercial Manager. Julie comes to the club from a successful role of Sales Manager at the Village Hotel and Leisure Club, Warrington and is experienced in corporate hospitality and entertaining.Born in Woolston Warrington, attending Woolston High School, after school joined the Womens Royal Naval Service and served 8 years in Communications. After leaving the Royal Navy to have only child Glenn aged 16, she started her career in Sales at the Warrington Guardian and worked for 10 years covering various roles including motors, property and Key Account Advertisers and worked on various titles throughout their group of papers.Julie commented on her new appointment with the Wolves, "I have always been interested in sport and after meeting several people in these roles from various sports clubs decided that that was the next aspiration I wanted to achieve. The sports world held a fascination for me it seems fast, challenging and exciting. As I am Warrington born and bred and have followed the Wolves since being a young school girl and come from a family of Warrington supporters this is an added bonus that I am very lucky to become the Commercial Manager of Warrington Wolves."At this exciting time I am delighted to be involved with the Wolves especially to be in at the beginning of the development of the new stadium and I look forward to the challenge of my new role which I hope can help with the development and growth of this fantastic club."
