Housemates go head to head
Warrington's game against Bradford yesterday saw three players make their Super League debuts in Danny Bridge, Glenn Riley and Ben Evans.
All three players have developed through the Warrington club's academy system with the support of SquadBuilder.
Prop forward Glenn Riley and second rower Danny Bridge, both 20, made their first-team debuts last week in Warrington's Challenge Cup tie against Keighley Cougars.
Their performances in that match earned them a repeat call-up by head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith and they were both named in yesterday's 17, making their Super League debuts off the bench.
Ben, 20, joined Super League rivals Bradford on a season-long loan at the start of the year and also made his Super League debut in yesterday's match against his parent club.
The connections don't stop there as Glenn and Ben are also Warrington housemates which added to the excitement of yesterday's encounter when they went head to head on the pitch both joining the game on 27 minutes. With the Wolves securing the win it was Glenn who took home the bragging rights on this occasion.
