Guess who's coming to dinner?
A re-union for the '86 Premiership winning side is planned to take place on Tuesday 28th August with guest of honour to be Les Boyd, the influential aussie forward who was taken into the harts of fans during his stay at Wilderspool. The Sportsman's dinner, with Boyd as guest speaker plus a top comedian, will cost ú25 per head for a four course meal and late bar. "Sir" Les will be ver as part of special GB V Aus veterans match to be held at the Autoquest stadium.
