Game On 5pm Kick-off
Today's kick-off time delayed until 5pm
Following a pitch and stadium inspection this morning today's Betfred Challenge will go ahead but with a delayed kick-off time of 5pm to ensure that the pitch is 100% playable.
This delayed kick-off time will give the superb 40 plus volunteers time to clear the snow off the field.
Ben Westwood, his Testimonial Committee and all at Warrington Wolves would like to take this opportunity to thank supporters who have shown their True Colours to help ensure this game will go ahead.
WolfWare is open as normal with the ticket office opening at 3pm and turnstiles at 4pm, with cash accepted on South and West.
All supporters who have booked hospitality for today's game are to now arrive at 3pm for meal served at 3.30pm
For all those travelling to the game later this afternoon please take great care in the current conditions.
Make sure you come and show your support to a player who has dedicated 10 years to the Wolves, as Warrington take on Wigan in a game which has all the ingredients of being a thrilling derby.
The Betfred Challenge is the only home pre-season fixture for the Wolves ahead of the start of Super League XVIII in just over a week's time. It promises to be an intriguing encounter between the Challenge Cup holders and the winners of the League Leaders Shield.
