Cullens CommentPaul Cullen looks at the recent run of games and looks to the derby match this weekend with Widnes Vikings.3 LOSSES IN A ROW ARE YOU CONCERNED?Challenged and focussed on our performance against Widnes, no other team in the competition has beaten Leeds and St Helens back to back. We hit a fresher side last week who were the best team on the night. WHAT TO YOU CONTRIBUTE THE POOR PERFORMANCE ON FRIDAY AGAINST HUDDERSFIELD TO?A far better effort from Huddersfield than they offered in our previous two victories so far this season and a Warrington side who sent some very dangerous signals to the Giants in the first two sets. DO YOU THINK IT'S TIME TO SHAKE UP THE TEAM AND PLAY SOME MORE YOUNGSTERS AND SHOW OLD HEADS THAT THEIR POSITIONS ARE NOT SAFE IF THEY CONTINUE TO PLAY THAT WAY?Some of the old heads have carried this team over the previous 24 rounds and some of the youngsters and squad players who we would have expected to lighten their load have not made the contribution required for a variety of reasons; which are injury, inexperience and form. LIVE ON SKY SPORTS STEVEO COMMENTED DURING THE HUDDERSFIELD GAME THAT IF ANDREW JOHNS WAS WATCHING THE GAME HE WOULD BE TURNING HIS CONTRACT INTO CONFETTI. WHAT DO YOU SAY TO THAT?Nothing at all.JUST HOW SERIOUS IS LEE BRIERS'S INJURY?Sufficient to force his absence against Wigan and London, furtherdamaged against Leeds which forced his absence against Saints and Huddersfield. HAS IT BEEN FRUSTRATING HAVING YOUR CAPTAIN SIDELINED FOR CRUCIAL GAMES THIS SEASON?We have won some very difficult games this year without Lee Briers, the London Broncos who were in great form being the most recent. Leeds and St Helens have proven that they are probably the only two teams in the competition that can consistently perform when injuries hit the senior players. CAN WE EXPECT ANYMORE SIGNINGS BEFORE THE END OF THIS SEASON?There are no imminent signings and at the moment our focus is not on next year, it's on Widnes.
