Cullens CommentLAST WEEKEND'S GAME WAS A CLOSE ONE, BIG QUESTION IN YOUR OPINION WAS IT A TRY?No it wasn't, regardless of what the video may or may not show; we are working exceptionally hard at Wilderspool to remove the 'excuse' culture. Some decisions go for you some go against, that's sport we accept it. My only concern is the number of unforced errors; we committed which adversely affected the outcome of this game, more than any contentious refereeing decision.WHAT IS THE INJURY SITUATION AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND'S GAME?Wainwright has joined the obvious four absentees from last week, Penny, Sibbit, Briers and Domic as very possible non-starters for the derby; they join long term absentee Ben Westwood. It could be 6 of our starting 13 unavailable. The 17 that we send to Widnes have the ability to win this game and their will be no post match excuses concerning players sat in the stand and not on the field.THIS WEEKEND WE TAKE ON LOCAL RIVALS WIDNES WHO HAVE MOVED ABOVE US IN THE TABLE AFTER FINDING THEIR FORM, WHO IN YOUR OPINION ARE THEIR KEY PLAYERS?The Julian O'Neills, Shane Millard and Adam Hughes have invariably been the Widnes game breakers so far this season, they are a team returning to form and this game will prove to be a serious test for both clubs.WE HAVE GONE FIVE GAMES NOW WITHOUT A WIN, WHAT ARE SPIRITS LIKE IN CAMP AND WHAT STEPS HAVE YOU TAKEN TO REMEDY THE SITUATION?The quality of our performance against Wigan, Saints and Bradford simply speaks for itself. We were beaten by a better side against Castleford and absolutely thumped at Wakefield, I think we have proved many times this year that we have ability to learn lessons very quickly, demonstrated admirably with the improved performance against Bradford post Wakefield. This is the right time for us to go into this derby; no one at Wilderspool wants to loose this one.
