He is improving all the time and I am glad that we have signed him. The future is in bright young players like Jon. He's a local lad from Lowton and it's an indication of the club looking at home-grown talent. The signing of Jon Clarke is a clear indication of the club going forward and looking to the future." Jon Clarke commented, "I'm delighted to have signed for a club with a Rugby League tradition. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the fans and the club for making me feel welcome and giving me the opportunity to play rugby.
