Warrington Wolves have signed Kevin Crouthers and Leroy Rivett on two-year deals, keeping them at Wilderspool until 2003. Crouthers, 25 came on trial in August and has scored 4 tries in as many games for the Wolves. Kevin can play either on the wing or in the centres, his previous clubs include Bradford Bulls (1998), London Broncos (2000), Doncaster Dragons (2000), Widnes Vikings (2000) and Dewsbury Rams (2001). Leroy Rivett, 24, a winger who made his debut in Super League I (1996) for Leeds Rhinos. Leroy played in the 1998 Grand Final and in the Challenge Cup final 1999, scoring four tries and lifting the Lance Todd Trophy for Man of the Match. Rivett's former clubs include Bramley, Huddersfield, Warrington Wolves (on trial April/May 2001) and Sale Sharks RUFC. Rivett is a former East Leeds amateur. Performance Director Steve Anderson commented, "As I said before Kevin arrived to play for us in August on trial that he was an acclaimed player, known for his attacking style of play and deft ball handling skills. He has proven himself at Super League and has adapted well to my methods of coaching. "Leroy is a player with amazing speed and what I have seen of this young bloke has impressed me, he is young and has the style of play that I am looking to bring into the club next season. He is a good signing for us with untapped potential."
