The following information explains our policies for the online shop.

Conditions of supply

Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of supply from our website. The terms are set out below. Please read them before placing an order. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will appear on our website.

The goods are sold at the price on our website at the date we receive the order from you. If we find that a pricing error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, if you wish, of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receipt in unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange enclosing your receipt and a covering letter to Warrington Wolfwareonline, C/O Warrington Wolves RLFC, The Halliwell Jones Stadium, Winwick Road, Warrington, WA2 7NE. This does not affect your statutory rights. DVD's / Video cassettes can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Warrington Wolves RLFC is unable to accept responsibility for goods that are not returned by recorded or registered post. Postal charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer

Postage

Delivery charges apply to our orders. You will be presented with delivery options and prices during the checkout process. Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them we will inform you. In such instances, you will either be given a full refund for the products in question or given the opportunity to receive a split delivery.

Certain products will be limited in their availability during seasonal peaks. We experience rushes in demand for products when they are newly released (e.g. Replica Kits and Season Tickets) and often have to sell products in high volumes very quickly (e.g. match tickets). Where we do experience difficulties, we will endeavour to inform you on the home page of this website and via other appropriate media. Please be aware that the following times are therefore a guide only.

Delivery between 2 & 3 working days from order received

Delivery between 5 & 10 working days from order received

Rest of the World
Delivery between 10 & 20 working days from order received
