Warrington Wolves' Ethos

Chairman's Foreword

Warrington Wolves vision is to be a professionally managed, presented and leading Club in Super League providing a focal point within our local community of Warrington and beyond. We have a tradition of 127 years of Top Flight Rugby League and service to the Warrington Community which we are all charged with ensuring this continues for many more years.

We have grown dramatically over the past five years in pursuit of this ambition. Our ability to continue to succeed depends on our reputation with our supporters, customers, employees, business partners, shareholders and the wider community within whom we work. This reputation depends, in turn, on having consistent values expressed throughout our brand.

We have a tradition of 127 years of Top Flight Rugby League and service to the Warrington Community

We have developed a set of business principles, which set out our commitment to operating responsibly and which are designed to underpin our values. It goes without saying these principles set out what is expected of all employees and have full endorsement of the Warrington Wolves Board of Directors and Senior Management.

These principles are designed to help every Warrington Wolves employee to play a full part in protecting and enhancing our reputation in a manner that is consistent with our values.

We want to be proud of what we do in whatever we do.

Doug Hoyle
